Temporary exhibition at the Musée de la Marine, in Paris.
This exhibition tells about the history of the "Grande Peche", the fishing
around Newfoundland, Iceland and Greenland started centuries ago.
Been a great source of richness for a long time, the fishing became overfishing and it led to the extinguishment of the resource and social crisis.
Scientists, ngos, fishermen and other experts try to find possible solutions.
The first parts of the exhibition focus on the history,
the last part focuses on the future.
